Day 147, Udaipur to Jodhpur, Rajasthan [Sunday 27th April 2008]

We eat a healthy, fruity breakfast and call the hotel's doctor. He advises anti-nausea tablets, something for our guts and some antibiotics if we still feel bad in 2 days). Then we organise our bus to Jodhpur. Kate goes for one last swim in the pool and I sit amongst the foliage in the courtyard to write some letters.
Then it's time to leave. The boat takes us to the shore, where we get rickshaw to the bus stand.
The bus to Jodhpur is hot and bumpy, full of turbaned old geezers wearing tight fitting tops, dhotis and pointy leather shoes. When we finally arrive we head for the clock tower in the main square, and from there find our way to Yogi's, a friendly hostel in an old haveli. We get an AC room. I wander around outside for a while, gathering ingredients for some homemade dioralyte to replace our rapidly diminishing body salts and fluids.
